“WHAT I READ BEKTAŞ FOR THE FIRST TIME ,IT MADE ME FEEL CURRENTLY AND PRIDE”
You were included in the cast in the 5th season of Savaşçı, which continues to be watched with great admiration. What was the biggest factor in accepting the role of Petty Officer Senior Staff Sergeant Bektaş Subaşı?

Bektaş Subaşı is a man with depth. A secret and special character who has a secrecy in his name . He may not use words much while speaking, but he can express everything he is silent during the task. When I first read Bektaş, what it made me feel was curiosity and pride. The thought of being Bektaş, turning him into a living person, being one with him, giving life to him and taking something from him and adding something from me to him was exciting. It is an honor to see the man behind that silence, to be able to show what I can see, and to be a part of this project as Bektaş Subaşı.
“I AM A LITTLE NOISY MAN COMPARED WITH BEKTAŞ”
Bektas Subasi; Sword Squad’s sniper. A quiet, introverted character, he speaks little but concisely. We know that you said in one of your interviews, “I don’t like roles that I can’t find anything about myself”. Do you compare these aspects of Bektaş Subaşı to yourself?

I’m a very talkative man, but I don’t like to make useless and inappropriate conversations, I just walk away. Actually, we are somewhat similar in this regard, but in terms of silence, I think I am a bit of a noisy man compared to Bektaş. I think the weight and responsibility coming from his family is also effective.
The character also has an interest in weapons in general, he knows all kinds of features. What kind of research did you do about weapons before the show started? Have you had a preparation process to master the subject?
I’m not into guns, I only have guns when I go to the shooting range in my life. Other than that, it doesn’t interest me. Before I got involved in the project, I used to go to the shooting range from time to time, our acquaintance was a little from there. Bektaş’s weapon, on the other hand, is a fixture in his life, a necessity for his duty and spiritually indispensable. Think of it like a limb, it’s integrated with itself and it has a lot of meaning on it. The soldier’s weapon is his honor, his honor and Bektaş was born to be a soldier.

“WORKING WITH A HIGH-ENERGY TEAM TOLERATES ALL CHALLENGES”
The series continues with lots of action. How is the shooting of the action scenes going? Do you have a hard time on set as a team?
Action is my favourite. Working with a very harmonious, high-energy team tolerates all that difficulty. You don’t even realize it because you know you’re working with people you enjoy and you have a strong team behind you. Although the weather conditions here are challenging, even that can be fun from time to time.
“Savaşçı GAVE ME MANY THINGS”
You work with very experienced names such as Ediz Hun, Tamer Karadağlı, Murat Serezli. How does it feel to share the same set with them? Do you ever get tips from them or work together on stages?

What more could a Actor want… There is a legend like Ediz Hun before you and it makes you feel hungry for everything you can learn from him. It’s a great feeling and a great opportunity for myself. Tamer Karadağlı and Murat Serezli teach you something every time you are together. I can count experience, experience and many more. They speak with their body language and eyes, and you naturally learn a lot while looking at them. They are great as people and as colleagues. I feel very lucky in this regard. Warrior, Being a warrior of Warrior has given me and continues to do so much more than I could ever imagine… Front and back of the camera is like the champions league, I am so happy and proud to be here.
“I AM PART OF MY BIGGEST DREAM”
What is your biggest dream that you want to achieve?
I am part of my biggest dream. And even now, I am trying to carry my big dream to the best point.
What do you think are the best and most difficult aspects of acting?

One of the best parts of acting is knowing that when you bring different characters to life, it is your talent that triggers the hate and love of the audience. When you are a very hated character or loved a lot, you can say “Yes, something is going right”. This is a nice feeling. As for the challenges, it’s more of a sectoral situation…
You have also joined the #20yearschallenge trend, which has been trending on social media for the last few days. What kind of reactions did you get from your followers? Are there things you would do differently if I were in my twenties now?
There is nothing I say I would or would not do if I was in my 20s. At that time, I lived what I had to live, and it is beautiful as it is, for better or for worse, it has memories, its traces remain.
The challenge was enjoyable, I got nice and humorous reactions. Our people have a unique humorous side and they are very beautiful. It was pleasant.

“WE CAN’T LET OUR FAMILY MISS EACH OTHER”
We know that you were born and raised in Adana and completed your primary and high school education in Mersin. Is your family still there? Despite your busy set schedule, are you able to get the opportunity to meet with them?
Yes, my family lives in Mersin. We always try to be together. We are a very close family. We always create an opportunity to meet. We make frequent phone calls anyway, we don’t leave a chance to miss each other.
