Show TV’s ambitious series “Arak”, produced by Most Production and produced by Murat Can Oğuz, went on set in Istanbul. The series, which draws attention with its story and cast, brought together the popular actors Ilker Kaleli and Oykü Karayel for the first time.
In the cast; Arak brings together valuable names such as Ilker Kaleli, Oykü Karayel, Tülin Özen, Mehmet Özgür, Yıldıray Şahinler, Kerem Arslanoğlu, Bedir Bedir, Furkan Kalabalık, Demircan Kaçel, Cem Zeynel Kılıç, Görkem Kasal, Beril Kolcu, Ilgaz Kaya and Bennu Yıldırımlar. While Ender Mıhlar sits in the director’s chair, the script is written together by Ayberk Çınar, Murat Can Oğuz and Aslı Gönülay.
Ilker Kaleli’s Kara; The brief plot of Arak, in which Oykü Karayel will appear before the audience with the character of Zeynep, is as follows; In 1998, Elif Çınar, wife of Rauf Çınar, one of the country’s leading economics professors; He is stabbed by a thief named Necip Talan who broke into their house. The lives of these two families, who belong to completely different worlds, change after that night. Rauf Çınar’s daughter Zeynep Çınar lost her only mother that night; Akay Talan loses his only hero, his father. Akay Talan, who was left anonymous, nameless and homeless overnight, has now sworn under the name Kara to ensure that no child will suffer the same fate as him by stealing from those who stole from us. Zeynep Çınar returns to Istanbul after receiving education abroad. He continues his love of plants, which he inherited from his mother, with the documentaries he shoots. The only thing these two different world people have in common is that night. Whether they want it or not, life will bring them face to face once again, and even the obstacles in front of them will not stop them from falling in love. But what if the truth comes out? While Kara begins the heist of her life to reveal the true face of that night, will Zeynep be able to face this truth? As the two are drawn to each other, that night will light up, but who will win? Is it love? Are they real?
