Irem Helvacioglu, one of the leading actors of TV8’s new series Annenin Sırrıdır Cocuk, talked about her role for the first time. Irem Helvacioglu, who gave life to the character of Defne in the series, said, “We are shooting very well. We are all very excited about the story of these two women. Defne is someone who tries to escape from the fears of her past, who confronts her fears again and now chooses to struggle with them. “It’s a story with a lot of curiosity, where all the characters have secrets,” she said.
Irem Helvacioglu, Engin Öztürk, Selin Yeninci and Olgun Toker share the lead roles in NTC Medya’s “Annenin Sırrıdır Cocuk”. While Makbule Kosif and Gülsev Karagöz wrote the script of the series, Müge Uğurlar sits in the director’s chair.
The cast of the series also includes Ahmet Varlı, Sacide Taşaner, Demet Gül, Selim Erdoğan, Birgül Ulusoy and Mine Kılıç.
Annenin Sırrıdır Cocuk starts on Wednesday, April 6 on TV8.
