Many people continue to help the earthquake in Turkey. Birce Akalay is among those who support the aid campaign in Bodrum.
After the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, all of Turkey mobilized for aid. Aid materials collected in Bodrum district of Muğla were delivered to the region by trucks. A need store was created for earthquake victims in the Youth Center. In this context, actress Birce Akalay came to the youth center and supported the activities carried out by the Bodrum District Directorate of Youth and Sports and the Bodrum District Directorate of National Education.
Collaborating with the volunteers, Akalay mobilized to meet the needs of the earthquake victims. Akalay, who was also interested in children, gave morale to the earthquake victims.
On the other hand, Akalay shared on her social media account, “People continue to work with all their strength in Bodrum Youth and Sports Center. The number of our citizens who were victims of disaster reached 3,133 people today. We have a serious shortage of new shoes. We are waiting for your help.”
